I just thought you would be interested to know this. My daughter is in London on business at the present time. I ask her to look up the Parish records for St. Martin's, Ludgate, just to verify Clement and Hannah's marriage there. She called this morning to say, she found it. Just as you said, they were married there on 17 April 1628. That makes the Mormon records and Mrs Ingersoll's dates and place incorrect. We will all have to change our records. How great that Dr. Allen discovered this. Bravo for him.
I still have not found out where I can see a copy of the American Genealogist for October 2002. If you find out please let me know. Only by seeing the article will we know how he discovered the names of Hannah's parents, as they were not on the marriage record.
I hope you see this. It is most discouraging to post a message, especially such an exciting one, and not have it answered or, maybe, even have it seen.
