My mother was a Langton from Nottinghamshire/Derbyshire. She was one of 6 surviving children. There were 5 girls and 1 boy. The girls were Nellie, Alice, Lilian, Audrey and Doreen, I do not know the name of the son. The mother was Alice Holt, I am unsure of the father's name. I believe some of them were born in Somercotes (I think that is the spelling, sorry). Maybe some in Leabrooks. Don't know if this is of any help.
