Kitty, did you buy the book? If so, would you be interested in sharing some info with a poor Australian descendant of the Langtons? I have seen a tree that was made by the Heralds in the 1800s, which appears to go back to the early middle ages, but there were few details (dates,parents' names) before the 1500s. I am on the main line of the Langtons, but mine broke off in the late 1600s with an Ann. I would like to know info on any of the main line before 1500, and their wives...all I have are surnames and a very few first names, an a father or two, but no way to tie him into the families who bear those names.
