No. John Langston was transported to Virginia by Thomas Butler, who claimed John as a headright on the patent he received on 11 July 1635. The date of the patent only means that John was in Virginia sometime prior to this date. Patents don't list the ships that the headrights arrived on. Since John wasn't listed in the 1624 "census" of Virginia, he must have arrived sometime in the 11-year span between 1624 and 1635.
