Langley orphans in St. Joseph, MO

At the "Home of the Friendless" orphanage in St. Joseph, MO are the four Langley children: Minnie 11 @1869, Sally 9 @1871, Dora 7 @1873 and George 5 1874. Minnie showed up in the 1880 cenuse twice; once with the orphanage as a "charge" and again as a "nurse" with another family. The rest of the children are listed as "patients". George was later "hired" out as a farm hand by Eli Anderson and George married his youngest daughter Lula in 1897. Since these children didn't come off the Orphan Trains, their parents had to have died in the area. Trying to find out who the parents are and were Minnie and Sally went. Dora married a Frank Drummond of KS. Any help would be greatly appreciated. The families seemed to stay in the Atchinson Co and Buchanan Co's areas.
