Langley
I'm looking for a Mortimer or Mortimor Chubbery or Chubbier Langley B. Madison Co. Mo. 1846 or 1855 and died in Jasper Co. Mo.1946. He was to have a twin brother name unknown. He Married a Roseanna Nalley or Nally in 1876 Jasper. Co Mo. He rased a grand son by the name of Ernest Langley when his father died of a old head injery he was Charles Langley My grandmother Was Bessis May or Mae Langley who died in Green Co. Mo. Charley died in Jasper Co. Mortimer traveled to Mo. with a John Nally from Lnd. Then latter marred his Daughter. I don't know why he was with them but in 1880 Jasper Co. census he was a border.I found a Nan Harvy who was realeted to the Nally's and said her father told her thay stoped by on there way to Mo. with Mortimer with them and John told him thay had been father north and was going on to Mo. The only thing a aunt can remember is that he told his grandson Ernest that his brother told him when we get through with,I'll be going back to N.Y. way. His name unknown and so is his parents. His father was to have died when mortimer was young. And I don't thank his mother raised him.So I can't find him with any other Langleys. And only 3 census in Mo. I can't seem to get any where with him. He was to be full blood indain.Both of his parents were indian.I began to thank creek. why I don't know. If any one can help even in the smallest way I would greatly be blessed, I have been searching for a number of years now,and have ganed nothing. eather I'm realey dumm to this or he's a good hidder or maybe both thank you all so muchBrinda [email protected]
