I’ve come across another unknown Langille, James Graves Langelle, who was born in Jacksonville, Florida on December 24, 1889. His unknown parents must have both died when he was young, as he is living with his widowed step-father in Jacksonville in 1900 census.
James married Gertrude Mary Savage, and they raised a large family
they are in West Palm Beach, Florida in 1920 census

Gertrude died in California on Oct 9, 1956.
