When were your parents born? This is wonderful that we are related. :)
Yes, your uncle Tom had a son killed crossing the street after getting off the school bus by a drunk driver. My poor father carried the guilt of his death for a good 30 years or so. They had lost three other children according to the Nova Scotia records I found. Yes, your Godmother Florence died a couple years ago of cancer. I still miss her. Wow...good memory. Yes, those who are still alive are Jackie, Simon, Christina, Cecil, Wilena and my father Tom. All have kids of their own. My father is retired from the Air Force, living in Ontario. I am the oldest of three. I have two younger brothers who also live in Ontario. I'm way out here in Alberta for the time being and miss Nova Scotia alot. :)
