A biography of Henry W. Lange is included in "Progressive Men of the State of Montana". Parents: Richard and Margaret Lange, natives of Germany. On 6 Nov 1882, Henry married Miss Dorothea Sturen, born in Hanover, Germany. Dorothea died 8 Aug 1896, leaving two children: Frederick W. and Anna.
