I have a bit of a problem. Lastie Dubois md. Emma Landry in 1859.
In the 1850 census of Vermillion Par., Onezime and Carmelite Landry have a 7 year old Ema in their home. They are living two doors from her future husband and his family.
Onesime/Onezime Landry and Carmelite Landry had many children, the other children in the 1850 census (and several others) were baptised in the Catholic church. But, I can't find a baptism for Emma. Does anyone have any proof that they were the parents of Lastie Dubois' wife?
