jerusha belongs to a family from killingworth ct. I have researshed this family in great detail. Until recently we thought jerusha had died at a young age until i found the landon connection. The only connection is time and place and the date of birth the landon family uses for jerusha which matches exactly with our jerusha. Many people from killingworth ended up in salisbury where jerusha and asa married but i have no direct evidence from my family sourses confirming the events. Jerusha's death records from canada also use the same birth date as our family records so i am pretty sure they are one and the same person. can you confirm her birth date from your sourses? or do you have as part of your family history where she came from? I have detailed records of the Griffin family i would love to share with you. If you trace the original records from salisbury ct you will see where griffin became mistranslate to grifface. the family can be traced to 1700 in killingworth ct. my 5th great grandfather samuel was jerusha's brother.
