Hi Kathie, You can find Arthur and Mary in the 1930 Census with children: Orrie, Arvel, Litha, Ethel, Arnold, Gertrude, Armie and Bulah. (this is how they are spelled on the census) William Arthur Land 1892 - 1966 is the son of Alferd (Alford) E. Land b. 8 Oct 1860 d. 8 Jan 1927 and Millie Ann (Hooper?)1855 - 1943. Alford is the son of Aaron Land 1836 NC - 1 Jul 1863 and Milla Walker. Aaron is the son of Hosea and Zilpha. Aaron can be found on the 1850 and 1860 census and in the U.S. Civil War Soldiers 1861-1865 records.
