Calaway-Kalaway Land, William Land lived in Crane Hill, Al. on Voter list in Winston Co.,Al. Maggie Land married Asberry Perkins Harris, son of James Constantine and Sarah E. Calvert Harris. Maggie Land Harris is buried at Crane Hill, Mt. Hope Cem. she is listed as cause of death- died in childbirth. Calaway Land was a Postmaster at Crane Hill, Al. afer that Postmaster was William Henry Harris,buried Mt Hope. Cem(his wife was Buena Land Harris, they raised a nephew).
