No, I did not know about Francis. I saw her name on the WI birth index and assumed she was the daughter after I read your previous genforum msg.
I would be happy to send you copies of the biography of George LaMotte and some related newspaper articles if you privately email me your address. I am not related to this line of LaMottes. I was doing research at the OK Historical Society and ran across the biography and that got my curiosity going.
I don't know where any of the LaMotte brothers are buried but my guess is Oklahoma City. I've check obituaries and could only find some of the wives with no cemetery indicated.
Our LaMotte line came from Alsace-Lorrain to Jasper Co IL and migrated to MO and then TX.
Your LaMotte line has a colorful history.
