Trying to obtain any info on John LaMotte, born in January,1840(aka Lamothe or Lamott)
Married Josephine Griffin April,1866 in West Baton Rouge parish in Louisiana. To this union were 12 children born from the year 1860-1884 (John, Jr., Oscar, William, George, Villenuve, Mary, Thomas, Albert, Peter Centennial, Martin, Carolie, and Ernest).
