Help preserve our heritage !
I have a long-standing interest in preserving the LaMONTAGNE family history.
The older are ancestors are, the more descendants they leave who may be interested
in their family history. But old photographs are only held by one descendant.
And over time these photos deteriorate or get lost. Also it occurs very often that the
younger generations can not identify who the older family members are in photos.
I would like to preserve these memories for our future generations, so I have started
a personal project of collecting old photographs of any LaMONTAGNE family.
If I can get enough photo contributions, I would like to make it available
to everyone else on a CD or website.
Shoud they so desire, anyone who contributes their old LaMONTAGNE family
photographs will receive an email photo of any other photos I have in their own family line.
I am happy to receive photos in any format or condition.
