Joseph Lamontagne/Beatrice Verret of Windsor Mills, Quebec
my 3rd great grandparents were Joseph Lamontagne and Beatrice Verret they were married in 1879 in Windsor Mills, Quebec and raised their family there. there children were
-Napoleon b. 1896
-Delina(my 2nd great grandmother)
b. 1883 Windsor Mills
m. 1900 Israel Allaire in Windsor Mills
d. 1904 Sherbrooke(a month after giving birth to my great grandfather Wilfrid Allaire)
-Beatrice m. 1897 Alfred Pinard
m2. 1907 Eugene Mcneil
Joseph Lamontagne was born in 1856/57 i'm not sure of where possibly st. nicolas, windsor mills or st. adrien de ham were his parents Francois and Emerence Delage were living in 1881. Beatrice Lamontagne was born in St. Nicolas, Quebec 1854 to Ambroise Verret and Marie Daigle, she died in 1914 in Sherbrooke. Joseph was still alive at this point and they were still living in windsor mills. there is no record of joseph after that. if anyone knows of this family where and when he passed away. any descendants i could contact or any other info on them it would be greatly appreciated. also my great grandfather Wilfrid said his mother Delina was supposed to have been canadian indian, he never knew his mothers family but was told by his father's relatives they were Huron/Blackfoot.
thankyou, Adam R. St. Pierre
