Wife: Helen, who gets real & personal estate;
at her death, Edmond Wattly gets tract of land of 800 acres, with all crops, cattle, hogs, tools; also "negroes" Ched, Sam, George, Pompey, Pollidan, Mance, Mary, Betty the wife of Ched
All other property given to Peter's wife's unnamed niece
Executors: Col. Abner Wattly, and Peter's wife
Witnesses: Jesse Oldham, J. L. Oliver
Signed: Peter Lamkin
Proved by oath of J. L. Oliver 17 July 1826, and same time qualified Col. Abner Whattly (sic) as executor
