I find Abel Lampkin in 1840 census in Plattsburge Village with 12 people - 10 male, 2 females.
He dies in December of 1850, but can't find him in 1850 census. Abel buried in Saranc Hollow cemetery.
Is his wife Rebecca?
Is he the father of CHARLES Lamkins who is also buried in Saranc Hollow?
Any help with this family greatly appreciated! Thanks.
