George and Lucinda(Harp)Lamkin's oldest son that I know of was
William Harvey Lamkin who married Anne Mae Harp. James Harvey Lamkin was this William Harvey Lamkin's younger brother. James Harvey Lamkin had a son named William Daniel Lamkin who married Emma Fenwick. When this William Daniel was but 4 years old, his mother had a baby boy, Joseph. This baby only lived 3 months. This crushed William Daniel Lamkin. WHen William married he had 4 sons. He gave each the first name of Joseph! His son Joseph Zeller Lamkin told me this story back in 1979.
