Yes, Yes, Yes!!! My great-grandfather was Mathias,born 1838. His youngest son, my grandfather Joseph only left notes that Mathias had two brothers, Nicholas and Peter and a sister Margaret who married a Doffing. I also pulled up that their parents were John Peter and Mary Swartz. I was not aware that there were so many kids. Did they all come to the US? Mathias married Mary Molitor, my great-grandmother and they had 11 children. I would love to share info on the whole family if we could. I have been trying to track the lines of the 11 children of Mathias and Mary. Since my grandfather was the youngest, most of his siblings were married or out of the household and he never went back but once in his lifetime, once he got married, etc. He and my grandmother Ida married in 1911 and moved to San Francisco and then LA. They had 4 sons, two still alive. My dad is one of them. I only have one piece of paper from 1968 that even lists any info about the Ficker family. We always spelled it Fueger but John Peter Ficker's father I believe was Hubertus Fuecker which is closer to the way we spelled it.If you or your family would like to share, I can give you my address and we could communicate thru my e-mail??? I just started this about 6mo. ago since my dad is very ill and no one in our immediate family has done any ancestry work. Please let me know. Thanks. Janet
