Italy Lambert, 87, passed away September 9 2009, at the
home of her sister, Pricy Counts.
She was a life long resident of Dickenson Co VA.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Marvin Bishop
Lambert and Dale Austin Lambert; a brother, Andrew Lambert;
three sisters, Sophie Lambert, Zana Kiser, and Edith
Glanckopf.
Survivors include three sisters, Eunice Kiser, Dante, VA,
Ona Hicks, Roanoke, VA, Pricy Counts, Glade Spring, VA,
and Irene Hay, Clinchco, VA; special friend, Floyd Kern;
and several nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends on Friday, September 11,
2009, from 6 p.m. - 9 p.m. A song service will be held at
7 p.m., at Mullins Funeral Home.
The funeral service will be held at 2 p.m., Saturday,
September 12, 2009, at Mullins Funeral Home, with Pastor
Tam Hill. Pallbearers with be nephews.
Burial will be at Patton Wampler Cemetery.
Mullins Funeral Home and staff are serving the Lambert
Family.
