Ah,
I looked in the 1860 census and found Nancy Bibb living with JAMES and SYRENA BIBB-- but she is listed as only 12 years old. That would be about the same age as ANN J. BIBB in the 1850 census. I wonder if they are the same person. (Was NANCY ever called ANN)?

Here's the information from the 1860 census:
James / 44 / farmer / POB: Virginia
Syrena / 41 / POB: Tennessee
Nancy J. / 12 / POB: Tennessee
William E. / 8 / POB: Tennessee
Jacob N. / 1 / POB: Missouri

Judging by the ages of the children, the Bibbs moved to Missouri sometime between 1851 and 1859.
