Thanks so much! You are my "real" cousin. Frank T Jackson, Jr was my Dad. I am finally beginning to find more on the family. I talked with Lloyd Jackson last weekend and he told me that my dad was born in Stephenville. I found the record of his birth at last. I do not know if you know me or ever did. I was born Feb 16, 1956 in Houston TX. I have one full sister, Sherry. We both live in Buna TX now. Sherry has lost all interest in finding family. I guess I never will. I remember my Dad and the love I had for him. I went through years of agony with the separation. I looked him up when I was 17 years old and met Aunt Ella and one of her daughters. My Dad came and stayed with me for a few months, was there when my first son was born. I have 4 children and 3 stepchildren, 5 living grandchildren and 1 grandchild that died shortly after birth and one other grandchild on the way. I'm certainly not lacking in family now. My son Milton Wayne Havard is here now and is so excited with what you have posted. I would be interested in all the information you have on the Jackson and the Lamascus family. I would also love to see pictures. I have 2 pictures of my dad with my mother. And I have a few pictures of Aunt Dee from when I went to Belton and looked her up a few years ago. Uncle Lloyd told me that she has moved away to PA. I have a letter written now that needs mailing. She also sent me the certificate that was given the family when my dad died stating that he was a veteran. I'm trying to find out what division he served in, where...etc. I don't feel so much of an orphan anymore hearing from you!
Hope to hear from you again.
