Does anyone have deed information during the LIFE of Jeremiah?

This is all I have been able to find:
Southern History Association Publications. Thomas Lamar of the Province of Maryland and his descendants.Author: William Harmong LAMAR
1772-Will Probated 18 May Died in Rev War. in Charleston Co SC. or

old lands to Jonas Griffin in Edgefield formerly Granville Co. lying on Savannah River. Deed signed by Frances
Breedlove, wife of John and Betsy wife of Thomas..as shown by many deeds in Hancock. For some reason "Caty"

He steeled on the S.C. bank of the Savannah River opposite to where the county of Wilkes in Ga. was afterward
formed about 1755.
