Hi Nancy,
I will look at the index of that book for you next time I go down to the DAR Library.
Actually what I have, in addition to what I posted, is the 3 pages of notes and references. The Index was about 50 pages and I didn't Xerox it.
Last time I went to the DAR Library I had to walk 11 blocks from a barely legal parking spot to the Library. Its right in the middle of down town and near the white house. So maybe I will wait for a thunderstorm on a Saturday or something before I go again.
