I found a memorial for a WANDA MAY JONES in my fathers things and I am trying to find out who she was.

d. 13 Aug 1942 Mt. Vernon,Lawrence Co, MO,State Sanitarium
bur. Big Creek cemetery, Carroll Co, MO
father. JOHNNIE JONES b. White Co, ILL
mother. ELIZABETH LAMAR b. ILL d. bef. AUG 1942
Obituary for WANDA MAY JONES reads:
Died Mt. Vernon state of Missouri Sanitarium, 13 AUG 1942, WANDA MAY JONES, niece of Mrs. Luther Johnson. Mother dead father at Mt. Carmel ILL unable to attend funeral. No other acquaintces or kin besides Mrs. Johnson. Came here about three months ago. END (died of T.B.)
