Eliza Ann Dean or Deen that married James Lake actually died 28 Feb 1889 in Sidney Township. From a trip to the Marilyn Adams Centre at Ameliasburg in PEC, I reviewed original land records. James Lake as heir at law of the late John Lake sold 68 acres of Lot 37, Conc 5 Sidney Twp , SW part, to William and Nicholas Lake Q346, Bill of Sale, 22 Feb 1836 Reg 29 Aug 1845.Will book A 282, 17 May 1854, Reg 17 Mar 1858, James Lake to his wife Eliza Ann during her widowhood and Charles Wesley Lake afterwards, all his estate. The same property Lot 37, Conc 5 was sold 9 Oct 1865 by Eliza Ann Lake 68 acres of SW part to a Georgina Stewart for $150.00.
