The Three Different Esther/Hester Ann Lakes in Iowa during 1800's

These 3 different Esther/Hester Ann Lakes have been quite confusing to me and why I couldn't get past my "brick wall" with "my" Esther Ann Lake (Christopher). I posting what I have pieced together, hoping to find someone else "out there" who has anything to offer to confirm, refute or otherwise.
