You could have your cousin's DNA tested through FamilyTreeDNA.
You would also need a brother, nephew, etc. of your father (or your father himself is he would agree) to test as well. If your father and cousin are related, the DNA will let you know. Marshall Lake is the coordinator of the Lake DNA project. His e-mail is: mlake@mlake.net. Good luck.
