I may be the definitive Moses Laird researcher. He was the brother of my g-g-grandfather James Samuel Laird. They were sons of Samuel Laird (1776-1852) who was born in Scotland, moved to Donegal, Ireland and later came to Ohio. Samuels children were all born in Ireland, and came to this country between 1839 and 1848. Moses was married three times, and had about 19 children. My rootsweb family project name is claird.
