My grandmother was a Lahr also, I'm working on a tree for that side of my family. I just noticed that the Peter Lahr you're looking for has a file at the Stearns County History Musuem, which has two documents in it. I live a couple of miles from the musuem and could look up the info and let you know what I find. Perhaps we're cousins???

There are quite a few Lahr's in this area. My g-grandfather was Michael Lahr (b. 3/16/1864, d. 6/12/49). He was married to Elizabeth Eich and together they had 7 children.
