Mrs. Fred Page of Villa Grove is summoned
Villa Grove, Ill July 12 (1925) (special to the Courier)
Mrs Fred Page, well known resident of this place, died in her home at 12:30 o'clock yesterday following a long illness of complications of diseases. Mrs. Page had been in very poor health for the past six years, and her condition had been serious the last two years.
Mrs. Page was the daughter of the late Mr. And Mrs. L C Johnson of Momence, she was born in Lake Village, Ind. May 7, 1884, coming to this place nine years ago. On November 24, 1909, she was united in marriage to Fred Page, who besides seven children, survive. The survivors are; Edna Teiney (Telney?), a missonary in Cuba, Ester Teiney (Telney?), Herriett Conter Michigan, Leona Prairie Momence: all by a former marriage, Henry Page, Grace Page, Agnes Page, And Mabel Page all live at home. Eight grandchildren and three brothers, Thomas Johnson, Logansport Indiana, WIlliam and Nelson Johnson of South Bend, Indiana, and three sisters, Mrs. Arthur Combs in Michiagan, Mrs. John Jensen, Momence, and Mrs. Albert Franks, Chicago Heights also survive.
Short Services were held at the home at 4 o'clock this afternoon after which the body will be taken to Momence where services will be held at 2:30 tomorrow afternoon at the Baptist church, with Rev. Mr.Hiatt officiating. Interment will be at the Schrontz cemetary near Momence.
