hello Adrienne ( and everyone else who monitors this family line)
Thanks for any help you can give me... for info on this line id recommend getting data from Rick Rousseau . His info has been right on the mark and we are cosuins of a sort LOL i think we are third cousins a couple times removed...you know the litany lol my Great Grandparents are Hildege HERVIEUX and Eugenie LAFERRIERRE and Rick believes he has identified their parentage but i have not heard back lately on any progress made in these lines; and the last entires seem to be about a year old.
This info was gleaned from the death certificates for Eugenie and Hildege so i think we can accept it.
Parents of Hildege HERVIEUX 09/1871-01/1919 : Francois Xavier HERVIEUX and Emilie GENERUEX
Parents of Eugenie LAFERRIERE 07/1870- 03/1907: Norbert LAFERRIERE and Julie (Anjolie) JUBINVILLE
both sets of families are from Quebec( near Joliette?) but where and when are a mystey to me anyway.

also i am curious as to whether we have located the missing branch of the family? Eugenie had six children and we have located all((LaRocque, Dumont, Landry, Davis, and Rousseau) but the youngest daughter Juliettes' family. In a family obituary she is listed as Mrs Brennan of Lowell. As she appears to be the youngest child, she may have been given the family data/bible as is often the case.
