Wow, that is strange, as Jennifer's great-grandfather was once noted to have lived in New York, according to what a relative had told me. At this point, I will refrain from adding anything more so as to cause less confusion until this is all sorted out. When you finish your research, then we can compare notes on it. As for my purposes and facts, I have a Theophile Laferriere, born 1 May 1889 in Lowell, s/o a Norbert & Angelina (...?...) Laferriere, who m (1) in New York and (2) Newport, RI 1931; d in New Jersey in Jan 1963. Will keep you posted on my findings. Dennis
