I am just starting my family tree. Cecilia Coreen Lafayette Orcutt is my grandmother. She married Charles Edward Orcutt and had 5 children, Mona Francis Orcutt is my mother. Cecilia Coreen Lafayette was born 6/20/1903 and she died in the fall of 1998. Her father was Isreal Lafayette and her mother was Ursala (but she went by Cathrine or Puss) McGuire. Ursala (or Cathrine/Puss) had a sister named Jenny Mcguire who was known as Madam X. She was a blind Palm reader. Chrildren of Isreal and Puss are Margarite who married William Farrel and Cecilia Correen who married Charles Edward Orcutt and had 5 children, Mona, Bernard John, Robert and Rodney (twins) and Pamelia May. Isreal and Puss also had a son who died but I do not know his name. Margarite had 4 children-Cathrine Farrel. Marita Farrel, Gloria Farrel and mary Terese Farrel. I have always been told since I was a little girl that we were all related to Jean Lafayette. I would like to know of any family connections other than what I have here. My mother Mona is 73 years old and has told me as much as she can. Thanks for any help offered.
