Don,

I have this information that was sent to me:

Jacob Lady
Loudon Co., Va, 1771
Washington Co., Pa. 1782
Rockingham Co., VA 1787
(died Greene Co., PA, 1814, Jacob Leighty)

Philip Lady, b. 1758
1782-1794
1806, New Madrid, Mo
1820 Estill Co., KY

William Lady
Land Grant, Wheeling Cr.
buried in Paris, Wa. Co., PA 1835

Christian Lady
Berkely Co., VA, 1782-1787, 1797
Will, 10-24-1803
Sons, Jacob, Christian, Henry, David

Henry Lady
died 1794, PA
Orphan court
Peter and Ann

Around 1780, Peter Lady I, died and left his 400-acre land grant jointly to Jacob and Philip. As a consequence of moving into the county, Philip was conscripted into the
County Militia.

I have other info that states that Philip is the father of Peter, II.

Betty
