Jim, do know the names of the children of Jacob and Margaret
Lady I am interested in knowing whether they had a daughter
named Susanna. I incorrectly posted a message asking
about another name. You know the Lady family came to what is
now Lyon Co, Ky and seemed to be closely connected to
my Merrick family John C. Merrick,Jr. who is my gggrandfather named one of his sons Jacob Lady Merrick.
I have been told that Lafayette took some dirt from the
land of Henry Lady back to France so he could be buried
in Ky soil. I live in Crittenden Co Ky. and am very interested in the Lady family. I also descend from Harmon
Vied who lived in Sullivan Co. Tn, before coming to Ky. in
the 1830s I went to Sullvan Co Tn to research a few years ago and the only records I found there were Deeds. Sybil Hunt
