I am looking for information on a Samuel J. LaDue born abt 1851 in Connecticut. He married Bertha Booran 20 Jan 1875 in Milwaukee Wisconsin, they are on the 1880 Cook county Illinois census. Marriage record shows that Luzern and Livia are his parents. Bertha's father is John. I believe that this is the first marriage of Bertha who is my gg-grandmother but would love to prove it. I can not find them after 1880, Bertha is with her children from second husband in Ashland Wisconsin on the 1900 census. thanks
