Hi, This Adeline ladner, Daughter of Leandre and Rosalia, Married Edgar Moise Ladner, and one of their children, was my grandpa (PAPA to us) Ola Moise ladner. I know that Adeline passed away when Ola was roughly 8 years old and that her family,who at that time lived somewhere in Bayou La Croix, ( close to present day Bay St. Louis/Waveland area) took him in and raised him. Now, Edgar Moise, later remarried and and had a second family. when I can get to my sources i can get the dates and their childrens names for you. Also, Leandre and Rosalia had a daughter to Die at a very young age, although i am not sure of her name, but I know where she is burried and that the pailing surrounding her grave that Leandre built is still standing today. if you have any information on her death date and her name i would greatly appreciate it.. i am currently working on placing a headstone on her grave but without her name or dates of birth and death i am at a standstill. Thank you .
