I am researching the Lacour family for my husband. With the information provided by a cousin, I have found the earliest known relative to be Jacques Lacour, which we know nothing about. He had two sons, maybe more, Jack born in 1868 died May 1925 married Virginia Edwards (Jennie) had children:Jack, James Sidney(Sidney), Susie, Townsley, Lelia, Freeman (Manny), Ella Mae, William (Bill), Pauline and Virginia. Son #2 Pierre born June 1870 died January 16, 1966 married to Mary Angelina Torres (Agnes) No children that I know of. If this sounds familiar, please contact me.
