Last night I decided to use Father Hebert's records to try to run out a first cousins maternal line.
Found myself with Marcellite ST JULIEN who turned out to be the daughter of Philippe LACHAUSES de St Julien. Sounds like one of those Acadian names that got changed to an identifier name through usage. I was really disppointed to come to Gen Forum and not find either St Julien or Lachauses. Have any of you ever come across either of those names.
