Thanks for replying. Is Zdunska Wola in southern Poland? The Lach name is found in this area. As you can see from my original posting, there are a number of Lachs that I have no information about other than their name. I have no information about my John (Jan) Lach. I have no idea what happened to him or where he was born or lived. My grandfather and his sister Agnes emmigrated to the Chicago area. I believe that Josephine and Mary emmigrated to the US also, but I have no idea where. I don't know of any Lachs that went to Canada. So I don't think there is a connection. I will keep posting information as a I get it. Who knows?! Thanks.
