I aam not sure of your family. My grandfathers family left Thompkins County and migrated to Tioga county Pa. Possibly some stayed back. There is a Charles LaBar in the Troupsburg area. Didn't Buster work for Mercury and race stockcars" If you knew your great grandfather that would help We have 2 rs in the last name but that doen't matter Lonnie
