I have a TOWN/TOWNE connection in W. Feliciana. THOMAS TOWN (b. 1845) married THEODOSIA DAWSON in 1866. Known children: HENRY (c. 1868), ROBERT (1874), SARAH (1879), and Annie (1880). In the 1880 census they were living next to WILLIAM TOWN (79, b. Eng). Probably a connection there.
P.S. - Do you know the Sentell family of B.R.?
