African-American Armstead

I am looking for information on any African-American Armstead families living in the West Carroll Parish, particularly at Oak Grove. The family was there at least from 1928-1932. They came from Arkansas and moved onto Illinois, California, and Washington state. My grandfather's and g-grandfather's names were both Phillip. My father's name was Arthur and he had three brothers, Frank Albert (he went by Albert), James, and William. William currently lives in WA and the others are deceased including my father. Thank you. Catherine
