Diane: I realize that you are going by a Family Bible to base the year of birth, but even they also have errors in them sometimes. My husband's mother's family bible shows a very close family member as having died a certain year, but when I got a copy of his death certificate it shows that the famiy bible was not correct or at least it does not agree with the legal death certificate. And, by the way, I am helping a gentleman do some work on his family and his family member that we are checking for information on was murdered in the early 1920s, date of death proven by newspaper articles and by legal court records in the Claiborne Parish when the murderer was charged, gives one date of death and his death certificate shows he died two days later...Two newspapers even gives the information on the murder BEFORE THE DEATH CERTIFICATE SAYS THAT HE DIED. It makes family research interesting, huh? I will keep my eyes open for your families in our area. Bobbie
