Jodie (b. 6/14/1899) and Velma (b. 8/20/1903) married in Webster Parish about April 17, 1920. Velma is the daughter of David Jackson and Florence Edith Bigby Coleman. Florence Bigby was born February 1869 in Arkansas and David Coleman was born May 1863 in Randolph Co. GA.

Jodie and Velma were living in Springhill when the 1930 census was taken. He was a painter and owned property valued at $1800. At that time they had daughters Florence age 4 and Peggy Jo age 1.

Would like to communicate with anyone who may have information about this family. Have a photo of Jodie and Velma and a photo of Velma's parents and 3 older brothers as they are preparing to leave Grayson Co. TX for Louisianna about 1898.
