Greg: As I stated in a previous message earlier, the booklet "Cemetery Inscriptions of Webster Parish, Louisiana Volume 1" by John C. & Wanda V. Head there are no Sears listed in the Springhill Cemetery with markers..doesn't mean there are no Sears buried there but at the time the cemetery was listed that they did not have a marker. The reason I asked about the name of the cemetery at Springhill is because there are several cemeteries around Springhill. Do you live near our area here in the northern part of the state? When you get the copy of the death certificate you should know more. Please feel free to contact me at my EMail address if you would like with other information on the Sears family..such as the name of other family members that might be buried in that cemetery besides Sears. I will get to our library and see if I can find anything in the newspaper. It might be a few days. I work full time..I keep telling my husband that I think 67 years of age would be a good age to retire, I could spend more time with my great grandchildren. I will be glad to help you on this. I love family history and especially genealogy. Bobbie
