Virginia Bitterman Looking for a dear friend-we were at Marycrest school in Ohio She married George Patrick Washington and had 2 sons. divorced and married Michael v. Smith. they were in Pitkin Louisiana in 1967. her maiden name-Marie Grega. The last I heard he was wounded in Viet Nam and received a silver star at ft. Polk. they had a daughter named Kim.

It's been 50 years since i was there so i don't think anyone is looking for me there. I have put my ad in several magazines -years ago. I was16 and went to a foster home, then to an aunts to finish high school. Marie went to her aunts and then got married Her husband was sent to Germany. I tried to find him cause his name is so unusual--George Patrick Washington--and their son, who would be about 55 is a jr. but no luck there either.

Yes I tried I tried to find her husband thru Vietnam vets--even went to where they had the wall--no luck. Marycrest was a home for girls who had troubled homes or other problems that were not their fault--also girls that wouldn't listen to anyone, but weren't really bad? It was in Wickliffe Ohio--which is a suburb of Cleveland. The school, which is run by Catholic Charities, keeps no records of girls after they leave.
